In prelude to the official release of her second
official album, Naomi Achu the multi-talented US based Cameroonian artist
invites you to discover and listen to her 14-track album baptised “LONG LIVE
THE QUEEN”
The music sensation introduces a fusion of
different genres from afropop, makossa, reggae, hip hop and she collaborates
with Pardon C and Indo Baba of Nigeria and Pastor George Okudi (KORA Award
winner) of Uganda.
Naomi Achu a pure daughter of the soil describes
music as a form of expression and a lifelong passion. “My reason for recording
is to express ideas and creativity.” She stated.
“The title "Long Live the Queen" signifies
strength, resilience and longevity while being gracious at the same time; which
is something ladies are under pressure to be. Thank you to everyone for your
love and support in making this album possible. And thank you to those who are
already bumping it in their cars.” She further added.
