For DC, the biggest April fools' joke was the rumour that president Biya was stepping down this year and was not going to take part in the upcoming elections. When we heard this we were like wow was this for real? We wondered whether after taking the time to amend the constitution he had finally seen sense? One more thought was whether the current eruptions in North Africa had penetrated and infiltrated Mr Biya's mind?

Talking about Frank Biya soon to become president after his father is not an interesting topic because it is not true. He is someone who has never been on the political scene for all these years and really has nothing to do with politics so how do you expect him to suddenly become president? It just makes no sense.

If for you the appointment of new generals in the army by President Paul Biya means he is planning a war then I think that’s being stupid. It shows people like you still have a long way to go to think big. It is just a series of reforms in the army and You seem to forget some generals died.
