Introducing a talent which needs no introduction, a talent we met at Mabanda, Douala last year. Chrysley Ndam is no stranger to the music scene. He has had a blossoming career which was unfortunately taken back a few steps due to the passing of the Camer great Tom Yoms.
Chrysley was born and grew up in the infamous K-Town of the South West Region of Cameroon. His massive talent and unique vocals catches the attention of RTM label headed by Tom Yoms who signs him into the RTM family alongside rap acts Koppo and Sultan Oschimin. They would later display their talent travelling around the African continent. Things did not go further however as Tom Yoms passed away in 2008 which left Chrysley emotionally torn.
Fast forward a few years and we could sample Chrysley's vocals on "Newstar"; a track on Jovi's critically acclaimed debut H.I.V album back in 2010. Today Chrysley is all set and rearing to go with this stunning and well produced track/video entitled High Life.
The vocal display is perfect, the music arrangement is perfect and even the video shot by Mr Adrenaline is simple yet perfectly in tune with the message and the emotion the song evokes. So here we are, enough of our talking, please enjoy and do please share...!!
