The basketball player who currently plays the power/small forward position for Philadelphia 76ers is also seen to be giving his support to the #WeAreAfricaUnited campaign who together are fighting the dreaded Ebola virus in West Africa.

Pamela Happi is about to become the biggest name to know on prime time television in Cameroon through her soon to air Orange sponsored talk show Miss P Show inspired by her passion for infotainment and a desire to produce a dynamic show that conspicuously veers off from the status quo.

The show will focus on promoting a youth culture where the young can serve as role models and game changers in their communities through indulging in diverse segments on fashion, health, music, entertainment, celebrity. “We are not confined to a set of rules. We will adapt to the needs of our audience but our DNA is providing info and entertainment to people of our (my) generation". Stated Pamela.

Pamela’s Marketing Communication degree has certainly come in handy in the marketing of this show. SYSTEME TCHAKAP'S ALEX SONG ON PUNDIT DUTY DURING EL CLASICO

When La Liga's Barcelona and Real Madrid meet in a duel which has been defined as 'El Clasico', the whole world seems to drop everything in preparation for the game and this was so last night when over four million worlwide tuned into their tv stations direct from the Camp Nou where this two teams met for the second part of the league match.

Barcelona was the winning team this time with a 2-1 defeat of the 'los galàcticos'. On the hot seat on Scott Minto's Revista de La Liga as one of the pundit - football commentator - was Systeme Tchakap's Alex Song an ex Barcelona player now signed to the Barclay's Premier League West Ham United who could be spotted with his growing afro and a shiny navy blue suit. WAX DEY'S LOLHIPHOP RECORDS SPLASHES OUT TEN MILLION FRANCS CFA ON MUSIC DUO REALM SQUAD

Music duo Abs Carven and Vivid Smith who make up the Realm Squad are smiling under the weight of 10 million Francs CFA dropped on their brand by afropop musician Wax Dey's Lolhiphop Records which will see them join the record label as well as work with Fally Ipupa and Yaya Toure's promoter Elisa Desbordes-Cisse.

Abs stated "Vivid and I set up Realm Squad to show that makossa is Cameroonian and international. Our fans can look forward to a new and re-energised Realm Squad. We are ready to take over Africa."

EURYKAH FON NDUMU CREATES RELAXATION AT IGNITE YOUR LIFE CONFERENCE WITH AEPDS...

Eurykah Fon Ndumu, the lead event planner at Asheris Event Planning & Design Services (AEPDS) just shared these images of her collaboration at the Ignite Your Life Conference hosted by Cameroon life coach King Pinyin.

The 3 day event which kicked off yesterday with a series of different activities and speakers held at the Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel, Columbia, MD, is according to the website; a conference for any woman wanting to live a purpose-driven life  filled with those things that money cannot buy. The conference is designed to equip, encourage and empower women with tools and strategies needed to overcome everyday challenges and obstacles that are the root causes of stress, anxiety, mediocrity and depression in an atmosphere of sisterly love, compassion and support. 

The event decor itself encourages relaxation and de-stress and according to Eurykah she wanted to create an environment where every attendee felt like royalty and also felt like a thought process had gone into the decor design.

LADY PONCE IS READY TO SETTLE IT LA LA LA! WATCH THE VIDEO HERE...

La la la, the bikutsi queen Lady Ponce is ready to settle everything La La La!! Are you ready though?! The song is very catchy as it is common with the bikutsi genre and the video is  - well the video is ok. After the originality of Poisson Fumé, we expected this one to be more but it isn't and the Lady Ponce herself is starting to look tired and drained or could it be the makeup? SHE IS A MOTHER, SHE IS A QUEEN, SHE IS A LADY - BLACK WOMAN BY DENISE NAAFA FT SANZY VIANY

The opening lines of the video and her lyrics "black is beautiful" certainly sets the tone for the overall message of this track by Denise Naafa. Together with the vocal help of afro jazz/soul artist Sanzy Viany, the audience is thrown into an appreciation platform where a Black Woman as a mother, a lady and also a queen is reinforced and exalted in a positive way.

The video shot by photographer William Nsai depicts different style trends across the years. That Denise's afro wig though...trop large and it felt like it was the third artist in the video lol!! Watch it below...

INTRODUCING MISS HERITAGE INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY QUEEN AND ACTRESS SYNDY EMADE...

Syndy Emade is the 2014 first ever winner of the newly launched Miss Heritage International contest in Cameroon. An international beauty pageant with a global perspective that fosters heritage, culture, tourism, harmony between its participating countries. With her win, she has created more awareness and interest for the beauty contest amongst girls in Cameroon. She was also given the opportunity to represent Cameroon at the international final in Nepal, South Asia, but unfortunately did not make it.

Syndy has stretched her talents to include modelling and acting. We caught up with her whilst on the set of the film Rose On A Grave for a chat asking her some fun facts about herself...here goes...

1) She loves wearing heels and rarely goes a week without being in them.

2) She feels very comfortable and sexy in her skin and would show off either her legs, mid or back areas...

3) Syndy is actually Synthia and not Cynthia.

4) Blue is her favourite colour and every week she would wear an item of blue.

5) She is a good cook although others may think otherwise!

We recently just discovered Hassan N'dam; a France based middleweight boxer and former WBO and WBA world champion and guess what quickly struck our mind as soon as we saw him - yes you guessed it, his uncanny resemblance to Compton native and former G-Unit rapper boy The Game!!

Is this picture of Mama Chantou aka Chantal Biya first lady of Cameroon about to represent the biggest online story of the day, the week, the month and one of those best moments of the year 2015?!

Well, what a great and subtle way to answer your critics than to post a glowing self taken picture of yourself looking rather well and healthy! Just as rumours were circulating about the health of the Mr and Mrs, a clever use of social media fused with the social phenomenon gripping the world - Mama Chantou has been able to effectively communicate her message - if at all she is officially behind the Chantal Pulchérie Biya public figure page present on Facebook and though the date of the picture cannot be confirmed.
