DJ Play Ma Song by new queen on the block Montess in
collaboration with starboy Stanley Enow is our song to end the weekend.
This
dancehall filler with cool vibes, smooth easy vocals from Montess and good bad
boy lyrics from rapper Stanley Enow makes this track one of our favourites!
Has Stanley Enow earned his stripes as the most busiest Cameroon urban music artist or what? And where does the brother even get the energy to do all that he does? If it is not studio time, it is jetting off out of the country for some stage or award show, doing charity work with his Stanley EnowFoundation initiative or just plain being an ambassador for his brands which include the mighty 256 year old internationally renowned Guinness!
The young rapper who describes his music as "conscious music" saying real things the simplest way on the second issue of VAULT Magazine recently returned from Morocco where he was part of a relation development initiative between sub saharan Africa and the Magreb area following a meeting with the Moroccan ambassador in Cameroon. Whilst on his mission, there was also time for more shows, studio recording sessions and meetings with Moroccan celeb artists MTV Africa Music Award winner Ahmed Soultan and H-Name.
Before he jetted off from Cameroon, the artist released the video visuals to Yours, shot in Nigeria and featuring top Naija artist Ice Prince. A 'club' type song which is off his highly acclaimed debut album Soldier Like Ma Papa available to buy oniTunes now. The video is available to watch below.
As we countdown to his birthday in a few days, we are also expecting the realease of a surprise track which the rapper has prepared for his fans! Also in store for his France based fans are a series of tour dates with heavy weight French rapper Seth Gueko.
And that is not even the end of it all...the rapper is also nominated on the Best Hip Hop category on the renowned KORA awards...to vote for him, just send 121 to the numbers on the flyer depending on your location.
Pheeewww...a day in the life of Stanley Enow must be a really hectic one! Here is Yours...listen, watch, enjoy, share!
Motherland Empire's co-founder Dikalo Chie aka Bami Boy is shifting it up and mixing it up like it's chemistry in this Kong Kong (remix) with fellow rapper Kiwane Kemp.
International multi award "Bayangi boy" Stanley Enow is truly a "man no rest" who is working very hard to set a positive path for the youths of Cameroon who so look up to him.
The artist recently released a video for the single "Work Hard" (watch out for our post on it soonest!) of his newly unveiled début album "Soldier Like Ma Papa" which we posted about it here.
Last night the brand ambassador flew to Washington DC where he is taking part in some discussions for the betterment of Cameroon and its youths as well as guest appearing tomorrow at a dinner ceremony at the White House rubbing shoulders with President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama and Deputy President Joe Biden.
Watch the video of the interview below to get a bit more of the gist...but first here are some images...

Cameroon rapper Stanley Enow's debut album seems to be the much awaited musical compilation to be received this year. The rapper announced the released date of July 25th to the public a few days ago just before he jetted off to the MTV Africa Music Awards in Durban where he was nominated on the Best Collaboration category which he unfortunately did not bring home.
A few hours ago, the album backcover featuring the 18 tracks was released to the public via his Facebook page and Twitter account and subsequently, images of the album billboard communication have also been circulating online posted by some members of the public who have excitedly spotted the boards (as above) across the city of Douala.
Deejay Moyo is quietly taking over the club scene in the vibrant towns of Douala and Yaoundé whilst officially being the personal DJ to Motherland Empire's Stanley Enow.
It certainly takes the best to work with the best and we had a quick chat with him to find out what his top 5 tips of being a great DJ were.

Et voilà, now enjoy this best of which he concocted for our listening pleasure. Happy Sunday!!
We are all waiting to see what the King Kong video will look like though we know that with Stanley Enow we are accustomed to getting crisp and high quality visuals.
This time he collaborates with Ghana's award winning video maker David Nicol-Sey who together with Nigeria's top DJ Neptune are bringing the song to life.
Here is the very first image released from the actual video scheduled to be released very soon.
It is a very special day today for the King Kong starboy Stanley Enow as his fans as well as media outlets at home and abroad joined voices through Facebook posts and tweets to send him warm birthday wishes.
The starboy tweeted early today that he wont be popping bottles but instead would be spending time giving back to disadvantaged children in a trip planned in Yaoundé through his Stanley Enow Foundation.
Nonetheless judging from this post on his f an page, the On Est High Père crooner did find time though to eat his birthday meal which looked like a plate of fufu and eru taking it back to his Bayangi roots!
We certainly hope he had a great day and we wish him many more years!
