Three days ago our famous socialite Nathalie Koah packed her Hermès Birkin bag and Louis Vuitton suitcase and took to the skies from Douala airport where she Instagrammed a photo as she waited in VIP style at the MTN Business Lounge before take off to sunny Istanbul, Turkey.
