DULCE NEW AUDIO > FREEBOY > SPIDO & SADRAK

Musically August continues...FREEBOY by Spido & Sadrak is a concept that encourages the young people to know the real commitment that is involved with coming from the ghetto. A "Freeboy" is not a thug, for he also has responsibilities, his own commitments as well as a heart to discern.

He is an anti conformist who is proud and conscious of the difficulties of his unconventional environment. He is capable of feeling free even when he is incarcerated for true prison is in the conscience.

This concept aims to break the negative views we have of the "ghetto" boys.

Listen and enjoy!

American based afro-pop rap artiste, Ville formerly known as Vreezy Ville has revealed new choreographic visuals of his highly energetic ‘Olopyto’ dance as we continue the new releases in musically August.

Ville, has seen his rise from his hits like ‘Cameroon Azonto’, ‘Na You’, ‘Brighten Your Night’, ‘Tingali’, ‘Waiti I Do (Oleku remix)’, ‘Shake It’, ‘Olopyto’, ‘Too Blessed’ and ‘Pon De Floor’

DULCE NEW VIDEO > RENDEZ-VOUS > AMBÉ

On our post of July 12th, we introduced you to the new direction of AMBÉ the artist formerly known as Denzyl (from hit songs ‘Monika’ and ‘Leavam So’). If you missed that, catch it here. So in this post and as musically August continues; we bring you the highly anticipated video to Rendez-Vous his first baby under his new name.

The video was directed by Dante-Fox who also worked on the Monika video with the main concept centering more around graphics/visuals based on the lyrics of the song.

The song is a modern day transformation of a highly traditional upbeat dansey number and it is a shame that the dancing part was majorly left out of the concept of the video. Nonetheless, here it is...enjoy!

DULCE NEW AUDIO > I CUT U CAFE BY STEVESLIL

As musically August continues with the flood of new music and videos, here we are again! This time we have ‘I Cut U Café’ by Steveslil, an up-tempo Afro-pop opus with a makossa bass line, drum and guitar fusion perfectly tingling in the ear with the sweet soft vocals of the artist. This sultry R&B/pop delivery gets you in a shindig mood every time.

Steveslil is said to have gotten his inspiration from listening to makossa music he fuses with excerpts of 90’s 5 piece group Rrumtah’s most famous hit ‘’Bambambe’’ which he says immortalises his childhood. The song was produced by Slimbeatz of Best Music Inc.

The colloquial expression “I cut you café” is used to show respect or commend someone for an attribute or achievement. In the track, it is a mimic of military salutation which is equally fused in its dance moves.

Without further ado, here below is the track...enjoy!

And that's it! Share share share!!

DULCE NEW > RE-INTRODUCING CHRYSLEY NDAM > HIGH LIFE

Introducing a talent which needs no introduction, a talent we met at Mabanda, Douala last year. Chrysley Ndam is no stranger to the music scene. He has had a blossoming career which was unfortunately taken back a few steps due to the passing of the Camer great Tom Yoms.

Chrysley was born and grew up in the infamous K-Town of the South West Region of Cameroon. His massive talent and unique vocals catches the attention of RTM label headed by Tom Yoms who signs him into the RTM family alongside rap acts Koppo and Sultan Oschimin. They would later display their talent travelling around the African continent. Things did not go further however as Tom Yoms passed away in 2008 which left Chrysley emotionally torn.

Fast forward a few years and we could sample Chrysley's vocals on "Newstar"; a track on Jovi's critically acclaimed debut H.I.V album back in 2010. Today Chrysley is all set and rearing to go with this stunning and well produced track/video entitled High Life.

The vocal display is perfect, the music arrangement is perfect and even the video shot by Mr Adrenaline is simple yet perfectly in tune with the message and the emotion the song evokes. So here we are, enough of our talking, please enjoy and do please share...!!
