JOVI IS THAT BASTARD KIND ARTIST IN A BASTARD KIND VIDEO WITH THAT BASTARD KIND SONG...

It's January, the beginning of the year and already the Cameroon music scene is buzzing with some great releases. Don't fret dear DC readers be sure that we will bring to your attention those that you absolutely must know about.

So, the current tag word on the urban music lovers' lips is BASTARD - a term which has been made cool and acceptable by none other that the BASTARD grand himself JOVI. 

The track released towards the last quarter of last year had it's video shot by the video director of the moment Ndukong Bertrand aka February 16th. 

With a feature of a few familiar faces in the music scene including another rapper du kwat Spido, the video shot on the streets of Douala features JOVI as a regular "motor park" boy hustling and with real depictions of "kwata boys" smoking and hanging out.

Kitted in "La Mort" gear by young fashion label Frenchkind; JOVI in this song and video featuring his sidekick and first lady of his label - Reniss - reveals why the public fell head over heels with him from his "Don 4 Kwat" days.
